Ryan has over a dozen years of communications and marketing experience, working with brands and organizations like Marriott International, Canon, Target, Levi Strauss & Co., National Park Foundation, TED, The Walt Disney Company, UNICEF, Workhorse and others from the consumer, nonprofit, entertainment, tech and travel industries. He is fully immersed in the ever-evolving worlds of public relations and marketing, and the ever-blurring lines of earned, paid, traditional and new media. While at Grey, he played an integral role in some of the agency’s most celebrated work, including The Gun Shop for States United to Prevent Gun Violence, #TheUnknowns for Canon, Vets Fight Hate for Southern Poverty Law Center and #StopTheRobbery for UN Women.
Along the way, he’s picked up over three dozen Cannes Lions, Effie Awards, PRSA Big Apple Awards, Shorty Social Good Awards, She Runs It Awards and Tony Awards for himself and clients, and has placed executives on the Forbes 30 Under 30 and HSMAI Top 25 Extraordinary Minds lists.
His party line is that Angela Lansbury once called him charming, his drink of choice is a dirty martini with blue cheese-stuffed olives, and his guilty pleasure is Taylor Swift.

Whitney Creighton, Chief STRATEGY Officer & FOUNDER
Whitney has spent nearly her entire career in live entertainment marketing, working on over 75 properties on and off-Broadway, across the country, and across the pond. She began her profession in broadcast communications working in radio and managing live concert events. In 2003, she entered the theatrical space and spent five years as Marketing Manager for Paper Mill Playhouse, the award-winning non-profit regional theater in Millburn, NJ. In 2008, she made the jump to commercial theater overseeing the marketing efforts for several Broadway and touring productions.
Most recently, as the Associate Director of Content & Community at Serino Coyne, she led the interactive department at Broadway’s largest advertising agency. Her team of content creators provided cross-platform social media strategy, community management, video production, and more to deliver comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for live entertainment brands and award shows, including the Tonys and the Oliviers.
She is a proud member of the team that won the 2016 Webby and People’s Voice Award for their digital strategy and execution surrounding the 69th Annual Tony Awards.
Claudia Strauss, MARKETING ADVISOR
Claudia is an award-winning Marketing and Communications executive who until recently was the CEO of the Activation and PR practices at Grey Global. With years of experience creating, producing and overseeing breakthrough and high-impact creative PR and Activation campaigns across categories, she knows what works, and what won’t, and she knows how to get it done. Claudia is also a true integrator; she understands the critical connections between marketing channels and that PR is an essential contributor to and amplifier of the same. Simply put, she knows that PR is the secret weapon, and has built her career on proving that. Claudia and her teams have won over 200 creative and strategic awards for their work across categories, and she is known for many marketing ‘firsts’. She is also a keen participant in, and student of culture and trends as well as a voracious reader and uber-connector.
